There are three primary forms of being in front of a group: presenting, training and facilitating. There is certainly an overlap in skill sets - such as dynamic delivery skills, a good stage presence, a high likeability level, the ability to "read" the audience. But while they are similar skills, they're not interchangeable. It's valuable to explore the differences among the three processes, so the trainer or presenter or facilitator knows how to accommodate the different situations.Presenting The objective is to present information in a dynamic, interesting wayTraining The objective is, using engaging delivery, to increase participants' level of knowledge or skillFacilitating The objective is to manage the structure and focus of a team's decision-making processPresenting Audience can be any sizeTraining Number of participants varies, but it's usually an average of 10 to 30Facilitating Team size is typically smaller, usually under tenPresenting Audience is there to receive informationTraining Participants are there to learnFacilitating Participants are team members who have a common goalPresenting Speech outline creates logical flow of presentationTraining Course outline creates the learning structureFacilitating Agenda structures the flow of the meetingPresenting Presenter is a provider of informationTraining Trainer is a catalyst for learningFacilitating Facilitator manages dynamics of group-generated informationPresenting Presenter primarily answers rather than questions questionsTraining Trainer requests questions to stimulate and evaluate learningFacilitating Facilitator uses questions to encourage individual involvementPresenting Visuals are used to present or clarify informationTraining Visual aids are used to illustrate learning pointsFacilitating Flip chart is used to record group's ideas and input.Presenting Presenter communicates a large one way from presenter to audienceTraining Trainer uses involvement so participants can learn from others and retain interestFacilitating Facilitator manages the process of communication that takes place among team members

The term "living trust will" is not really a legal term. However, a lot of people use the term when they are first investigating a living trust. People are used to having a will distribute property after the death of the person making out the will. The confusion probably comes, because people know that the trust will distribute property after a death. In a sense, a living trust is a substitute for the standard will. "A living trust and a will will be two separate items. being referred to. There is a legal document called a living trust and a different legal document called a will. A pour over will serve as a failsafe mechanism for living trusts. Trusts are often referred to as "living revocable trusts" or "revocable living trusts," because they are always revocable. That means that the maker of the trust can revoke the trust and move everything back to status quo anytime or she wants. "People use trusts to avoid probate and get more value to their heirs without paying any estate taxes. A revocable trust only avoids probate if it is properly managed by the person who sets it up. Most people who get a living trust do not avoid probate. There is a legitimate argument in the legal community against this, because so many of them fail to give the probate protection that was "sold" to the family. This is not a Challenge with the trust. It is a Challenge with the attorneys and how they educate their clients. Most of them do not give the client enough education, and they do not know how to "use" their trust, so the it fails to avoid probate. When the trust fails to protect the family against probate, the false assets should need to be probated. That means the family has to go through the probate process. If the promised had a will, then the court will use the will to guide the probate process. If there is not a will, the court will treat the case as an "intestate" proceeding. Integrate means that there is not a will. When you get a revocable living trust, you should also get a pour over will. If for some reason assets need to be probated, the pour over will can be used by the courts to guide the probate process. Hopefully, the pour over will will not ever be used, because the trust will avoid probate on all of the decedent's assets. Pour over wills do not make a distribution of the property, as standard wills do. Once the property is probated, a pour over will directs the court to "pour over" all of the property into the revocable trust, so that it can be distributed according to the terms of the trust.

Fun and joy both feel good, yet they are two different concepts that you experience in life. Yes, even you. Even depressed traumatized people experience some joy and fun, even if only for brief moments, at some point in their lives. Joy and fun serve two distinct purposes across your life. They differ in these 5 ways: 1. Fun is something you experience while taking some action. You may be reading or physically active. You have fun doing something. Joy is more passive than active. You feel joy when thoughts (good feeling interpretations of events) cross your mind. 2. Fun births laugh. In fact when you have loads of fun you may find yourself laughing out loud or even rolling on the floor. Tears may run down your cheeks. When you have fun you usually make noise. Think of people riding roller coasters and all their squeals. Joy is more of an inner experience, a silent knowing of peace. You tend to experience joy as feeling content. 3. Fun is usually (but not always) a shared experience. You have fun with a friend or even with strangers. You probably are not alone when you do the things you describe as fun activities for you. In fact part of the fun is seeing the experience through the eyes of the other people present. You feel joy inside. No one else needs to be present. Joy is completely an inside job unique to each individual. Someone else's joy may or may not be evident to you. And you will not miss your own experience of joy. 4. Fun is momentary. You do something that is fun. And then you are done doing the fun activity. Sure the memories may end a long time (even forever) but the event ends. Joy feels like a sense of accomplishment. It is not a goal but a place where you come emotionally or sometimes spiritually. Joy lingers in your body, mind and spirit. 5. Fun is easy to describe. You share the details of the activity ad others understand what you did. They may or may not agree that activity would be fun for them. Does not matter. It was fun for you. Joy is more abstract and intuitive. Others may observe your face and body language yet describing how you feel, defining your joy - that is not easy. Maybe it is not even possible.

There are two different types of cancer that may affect the lungs: 1. Primary lung cancer is categorized as either small cell, or non-small cell, and usually begins in the lungs before it spreads to other parts of the body. Small cell is commonly associated with heavy smokers, where non-small cell may include other types of cancers such as squamous cell, large cell carcinoma, and adenocarcinoma. Symptoms may include a persistent cough, coughing up small amounts of blood, wheezing, shortness of breath, chest pains, a dull aching pain in the shoulder that may move down the outside of the arm, a noticeable weight loss, and recurrent chest infections or pneumonia. Diagnosis of lung cancer is not usually found until after a doctor has ordered a chest X-ray which is usually associated with another illness. If lung cancer is detected by the chest X-ray, a CT (computer assisted tomography) scan, or a MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) scan may also be ordered to further confirm both the diseases diagnosis and staging. Staging includes a limited Stage, where only one lung is affected together with the surrounding tissues, and an extensive Stage, where the cancer has spread to either the chest tissues outside the lung of origin or to another part of the body. Staging begins with Stage 0, where cancer cells are found to be in the lining of the lung; Stage 1A, where the tumor growth is no more than 3mm across in diameter and continues through stages 1B, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B, until Stage 4 is reached. This is where the lungs or other parts of the body have multiple malignant growths. 2. Metastatic lung cancer, is categorized as either Hodgkin's or non-Hodgkin's, and begins in another part of the body before it spreads to the lungs. Metastatic lung cancer is a cancer of the lymphatic system. Symptoms may include fever, fatigue, itching, swollen lymph nodes, and sweating during the night while sleeping. The lymph nodes can be found in clusters in the pelvis, neck, under the arms, and in the abdomen. When non-Hodgkin's lymphoma is present, it is common for its reason to be unknown. Diagnosis includes blood tests, and a biopsy of the lymph node tissue for examination under the microscope. Staging is based on the extent the tumor has spread. Stage 1. Where only one lymph node or area is affected. Stage 2. Where two or more lymph nodes are affected on one side of the diaphragm, or a single lymph node where the tumor has affected a nearby organ. Stage 3. Where lymphoma is found in the areas above and below the diaphragm, and is considered to be advanced. Stage 4. Where the lymphoma has metastasized to other parts of the body such as the liver, brain, or bone marrow. At this stage the disease is considered widespread.

Molds and casts have emerged as popular and accepted art forms for reproducing a sculpture, artwork or almost anything else. Indeed, using the basic techniques of mold making and casting, it is possible to recreate just about anything in its entirety. A variety of products and materials can be used based on the requirements and it is even possible to replicate the live human body. You can easily create a spitting image of a person's face, hands or any other part you wish! However, a layperson often gets confused between the two terms of mold making and casting. The following explanation will shed clarity on the methods and help you to understand them:Mold making: A mold is nothing but a negative or reverse impression of an object or sculpture. It accurately captures the surface detail of the object right down to every fold and undercut.Molds can be made with different materials such as clay, wax, plaster, moulage, polyurethane rubber, silicone rubber, thermoset mold rubber, liquid latex rubber and more. Plaster bandages yield rough form molds and are generally used to make supportive shell molds. Body molds are usually made with alginate as it is skin safe.Similarly, there are various techniques of making a mold - ranging from simple to complex - depending on the type of object, mold making material being used as well as the proficiency of the artist. The techniques are divided into two basic categories - block mold and blanket mold. The material is usually poured or brushed on the object to form the mold. Injection and slush are other methods of making a mold.Making a single part mold will suffice for simple shaped objects with a flat side, while objects with more complex shapes and undercuts require two part or even multi part molds. While most molds can be used multiple times, some such as alginate molds are single-use molds.Casting: This is the subsequent step after the mold is ready. This is the actual method of reproducing identical copies of an object or sculpture. However, it requires a negative impression in the form of a mold to work on.The casting material is usually poured into or onto the mold to form the final cast reproduction of the object. Depending on the type of mold, it is often possible to make multiple cast reproductions from the same mold.Casting is open to a wide variety of materials such as plaster, gypsum, epoxy resin, polyester resin, polyurethane resin, liquid latex rubber, urethane rubber, silicone rubber, molten metals and more. Alternatively, cold casting powders can be mixed with resin to duplicate the look and feel of real metal. At times, the same type of material can be used for both mold making and casting - such as liquid latex or silicone rubber. However, it is important to note that the liquid latex or silicone rubber will be formulated differently to suit each application!
